2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing
The brownfield property database operated by barnamezo.eu contains exclusively public cadastral data of real estate properties owned by legal entities (companies), municipalities, and the state. This data does not qualify as personal data under the GDPR; therefore, the GDPR does not apply to the contents of the database.
The Data Controller exclusively processes the following data of the contact persons representing our B2B partners (requesters):
- Contact person's name, e-mail address, phone number: Solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries, coordinating custom filtering requests, and executing contracts (Legal basis: Preparation and performance of a contract - Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- Billing name, address, tax number: For the purpose of fulfilling legal accounting obligations and invoicing (Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation - Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
3. Google Analytics and Web Statistics
3.1. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) on this website to analyze traffic statistics and optimize user experience.
3.2. GA4 processes anonymized technical data only (e.g., time of visit, pages viewed, device type). IP anonymization is enabled by default, ensuring that no personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or stored. The insights gained are strictly used for business intelligence purposes.
4. Data Retention Period
Contact details are retained for 1 year from the date of inquiry. In the event of a concluded contract, invoicing data is retained for 8 years in compliance with statutory accounting laws.
5. Data Security and Rights
Data is not transferred to any third party. You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your contact data by contacting the Data Controller via e-mail. If you believe that the Data Controller has violated the laws governing the processing of your personal data, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
